Breathwork & Medicine Dance

YES TO ME - YES TO LIFE!!

We invite you to an embodied Easter journey of exploration with Movement Medicine &breath work. What in you is calling to be fertilized with your loving attention and presence so that it can come to light? Dancing and breathing, we create space for what wants to be seen and moved in you and use these tools to dissolve resistance and blockages that no longer serve you.  

You are very welcome, with everything that moves you inside and outside.

Afterwards there will be a joint dinner for those who want to. If you want to be there, bring something for the sharing duck that we can eat by hand.

A simple yet powerful breathing technique, as well as accompanying music, lead you into a safe, mind-expanding state and help you to release blocked energies and to connect with your life energy and joy to experience more depth and contact with yourself and others.

The breathwork session lasts about an hour.

A sharing completes the experience.

Please bring your own water bottle, a light blanket and comfortable clothing.

Effect / contraindication 

This workshop is not suitable for people with ​cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, epilepsy, severe diabetes, severe asthma, psychoses or other severe mental illnesses, glaucoma, aneurysms, pregnancy, as well as for children and young people. We do not recommend the workshop if you have had a recent physical injury, illness or surgery and if you are taking prescription medication. The consumption of substances is prohibited.
