How does a Breathwork & Creation Session work?
You bring with you a vision you'd like to create in your life. To help you realize this vision, I offer support within your energy system and energetic tools to bring your desires to fruition. During an online breathwork session, you'll be guided through an energizing, cleansing, and frequency-raising meditation with various components. It begins with grounding and connecting to your body. Then, the energy centers are cleansed, harmonized, and energized, which can also activate Kundalini energy and raise your consciousness and your entire system. This is followed by a deeper energy transmission and a connection to your Higher Self. The meditation ultimately leads to a direct exploration of consciousness and a connection to these high energies, which are central to creation. Following the energy meditation, we'll discuss tools you can use at home to create your visions.
A combination of live breathwork sessions in a one-on-one setting or in groups can be helpful for a holistic transformation, especially regarding the layers of the pain body and strong protective identifications of one's own character, within certain patterns. In cases of intense trauma energy, trauma-focused therapeutic support can also be a wonderful game-changer for a while, as one's personality often needs a solid foundation to truly live a life of free choice. Breathwork & Conscious Creation is a method that supports you in being truly free when you are ready for it. Often, we consciously and unconsciously remain in old (yet familiar) patterns longer than necessary, thus missing the opportunity for true freedom, vitality, and self-efficacy. What does Breathwork online do?
In this type of energy transfer, the transfer is not exclusively of raw Shakti energy, but rather, refined, mature energy already integrated into one's own system is made available to the other system (Shiva Path). Thus, receiving this kind of energy is much gentler, more individual, and powerful at the same time. The processes of energy raising, opening & unfolding, purification, recognition & stabilization, as well as integration, occur on the basis of what the transferring system is capable of giving and what the receiving system is capable of receiving. I connect exclusively with supportive energies and levels, and integrity is a matter close to my heart.
