How does a Breathwork Meditation Session work?
During an online breathwork session, you will be guided through an energizing, cleansing, and consciousness-raising meditation with various components. The initial focus is on grounding and connecting with the body. Afterwards, the energy centers are cleansed, harmonized, and energized, which can also activate Kundalini energy and increase consciousness, life force, and the entire system. This is followed by a deeper energy transfer, and further cleansing and protection are activated within the energetic space. The meditation ultimately leads to a direct exploration of the space of consciousness, where self-knowledge and spiritual development are possible. It usually takes between 5-10 sessions to consistently reach a higher energy level. Afterward, for those who wish to go deeper in their spiritual process, a phase of integration begins, which can also be supported by further breathwork sessions. Initially, a gap of 1-3 weeks between sessions is recommended.
A combination of live breathwork sessions in a 1:1 setting or in a group setting is highly recommended for holistic transformation, especially regarding the layers of the pain body and strong protective identifications of one's own character structures.
Breathwork meditation can be used as a tool for deepening one's spiritual development, as well as for occasional cleansing and realignment.

Through the deep cleansing and increase in vibration in the entire system and the resulting freer flow of energy, many things in your life can naturally unfold in a direction that resonates with the levels of your individual highest potential (Higher Self - soul core). This self-exploration leads to an expansion of consciousness and the awakening/recognition of what you really are. Your small self (personality/ego structure) will entrust itself more and more to the bigger picture in the course of the integration process. This also gives rise to true natural empowerment. A power that does not arise from the narcissistic structures of your personality, but from the levels of your high-vibrating soul self, which contains your highest qualities and abilities as an individual form of expression. Remembering, feeling and living these qualities always fills us with great joy and satisfaction and is at the same time the greatest and truest gift we can give to the world.
Many psycho-spiritual paths and methods offer helpful support and lead to more freedom, serenity, relaxation, strength, deep peace and far-reaching insights. However, these paths often take a long time and you don't always reach the desired goal.
From my own experience, I can say that taking longer, more in-depth paths can be an important building block in life, as this is where much maturation, growth, and liberation often occur on a personal level, which is often a prerequisite for opening oneself more to the spiritual realm and also for being able to tolerate ego deaths. At the same time, from my personal experience with energy transmission (both receiving and giving), I am fascinated by the fact that many things are prepared and facilitated for the receiving system, thus enabling greater freedom, clarity, and ease relatively quickly and in a stabilizing way. It is a path that works gently, safely, and strongly within the system, restoring awareness and strengthening the connection to one's own Higher Self. Because the transmission and energy work take place one-on-one, the positive effects are far greater than in group settings.
Of course, this offering can be combined with other methods if they are beneficial for your current individual development. It is a method that supports you in being truly free, if you are ready for it and if your life offers this for you. Often, consciously and unconsciously, we linger in old (yet familiar) structures longer than necessary, thus missing the opportunity for truth.

In this type of energy transfer, the transfer is not exclusively of raw Shakti energy, but rather, refined, mature energy already integrated into one's own system is made available to the other system (Shiva Path).
