How does a Kundalini energy transfer work?
During a Consciousness Transmission Session you will be guided through an energy meditation with different parts. First it is about grounding and connection to the body, then the energy centers are harmonized and energized, which activates and increases the Kundalini energy. Now there is a stronger transfer of energy down to the cellular level throughout your entire system. The meditation finally leads to a direct exploration of the space of consciousness in which self-knowledge is possible and is practiced. It usually takes between 5-10 sessions to reach a good energy level. Afterwards, a phase of integration begins for everyone who wants to go deeper into their spiritual process, which can also be supported by further transmissions. Initially, an interval of 1-3 weeks between sessions is recommended.
Advantages of energy transmission
The more clearly pure consciousness can be recognized and integrated in its unchanging qualities, the more joy, liveliness, peace, connection, love and silence will spread. Through the deep cleansing and increase in vibration in the entire system and the resulting freer flow of energy, many things in your life can naturally unfold in a direction that resonates with the levels of your individual highest potential (Higher Self - soul core). This self-exploration leads to an expansion of consciousness and the awakening/recognition of what you really are. Your small self (personality/ego structure) will entrust itself more and more to the bigger picture in the course of the integration process. This also gives rise to true natural empowerment. A power that does not arise from the narcissistic structures of your personality, but from the levels of your high-vibrating soul self, which contains your highest qualities and abilities as an individual form of expression. Remembering, feeling and living these qualities always fills us with great joy and satisfaction and is at the same time the greatest and truest gift we can give to the world.
Many psycho-spiritual paths and methods offer helpful support and lead to more freedom, serenity, relaxation, strength, deep peace and far-reaching insights. However, these paths often take a long time and you don't always reach the desired goal. From my own experience, I can say that it can be an important building block in life to take longer, more in-depth paths, as this is where a lot of maturation and growth often takes place.
At the same time, I am fascinated by my personal experience with Consciousness Transmission (receiving and giving) that many things are prepared and made easier for the receiving system, thus enabling greater freedom, clarity and ease relatively quickly and in a stabilizing way. It is a path that works gently, safely and strongly in the system at the same time and makes the connection to one's own higher self conscious and re-establishes it. Because the transmission and energy work takes place 1:1, the positive effects are much greater than in group settings.
Of course, Consciousness Transmission can be used in combination with other methods if they are beneficial for the current individual development.
It is a method that will truly free and empower you if you are ready for it and your life has it in store for you. Often, consciously and unconsciously, we stay in old (but familiar) structures longer than necessary and thus miss the chance for truthfulness.

What does Kundalini energy do?
If a system has reached a certain level of consciousness and can maintain and integrate it, it automatically becomes capable of making energy available to other systems and transferring energy. In this type of energy transfer, it is not just raw Shakti energy that is transferred, but rather refined, mature energy that has already been integrated into the system itself is made available to the other system (Shiva Path). Thus, receiving such energy is much gentler, individual and powerful at the same time. The processes of increasing energy, opening and developing, purifying, recognizing and stabilizing, and integration take place on the one hand on the basis of what the system that is transferring is able to give and on the other hand what the system that is receiving is able to receive.
