At this retreat you have the opportunity to dive deep, let yourself fall into your own feminine wisdom and essence and cleanse yourself from old, worn-out patterns and limitations.  Your energies can flow more freely again and you have more access to your original vitality and joy again.

A simple yet powerful breathing technique and accompanying music help you to cleanse your chakras, recharge yourself with new life energy, experience more depth and real connection with yourself and others.

Holotropic Breathwork reconnects you with your heart and your own inner wisdom.   This is how serenity, energy, joy and vitality unfold in you and your life. Your original potential and strength can flow again.

Yoga and other energizing exercises prepare our body for the breath journey.

Before the breath journey there is an introductory part and the breath session lasts about 2-3 hours.

Afterwards you can express your experiences in a mandala and for a good integration I offer a sharing in the group at the end.
