The Power of Connection

We celebrate the power of connection through breathing, dancing and touching.

At this workshop you are invited to rediscover your elemental power in a playful way. In a protected space you explore your energy, express it, learn to clearly feel your limits and come into contact with them in an authentic and natural way. We dance and sing together, stomp and vibrate, breathe deeply and let our feelings guide us.

We open up a field in which deep connection with yourself and others can be experienced. A sacred space opens up, you give and receive gifts.

Door opening: 18:00h

Start & end: 6:30 p.m. to approx. 10:00 p.m., without a break. Afterwards optional fire & finale until 11 p.m

Workshop costs: 45.- / low budget possible on request

Please bring your own pad (e.g. yoga mat) a light blanket, comfortable clothing and your drinking bottle / snack.
