Together with Beat, Damian and Michi from Somos Organicos, we look forward to seeing you and invite you to another magical breath journey. 

Cultures around the world use breathing techniques to enter expanded and healing states of consciousness. Through our conscious devotion to the body's own process, we connect with a power that allows us to become free and whole.

Breathwork offers you the opportunity to have a profound experience. 

The inner wisdom guides the process, which always serves to experience you in your wholeness again. This ultimately leads to living clarity, strength and freedom, joy and creativity and an open, loving heart.

Allow enough time to arrive and change – the door will be closed once the event has started.

In an introductory part you will receive relevant information about the process and the method. Dancing and moving, we then increase our energy level and arrive more and more in the room and in our bodies. Then we lie or sit on our mat and embark on our breathing journey. Urs and I will guide you through the breathwork session and Somos Organicos will accompany your journey musically. At the joint conclusion there is the opportunity to share experiences.

Please bring your own pad (e.g. yoga mat), a blanket and comfortable clothing.

Effect / contraindication

As long as you don't push yourself, your deeper wisdom can decide what is valuable for you and your life right now. Our system always strives to get into a free-flowing, relaxed and healthy state. Breathwork offers you a safe space for this. 

This event is suitable for physically and mentally healthy and normally stable people for self-exploration!

Not suitable during pregnancy.

Important:

This workshop is not suitable for people with ​cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, epilepsy, severe diabetes, severe asthma, psychoses or other severe mental illnesses, glaucoma, aneurysms, pregnancy, as well as for children and young people.

We do not recommend the workshop if you have had a recent physical injury, illness or surgery and if you are taking prescription medication. The consumption of substances is prohibited.
