During this session you connect to an individual topic, the  imroot chakraorharais anchored and does not flow freely or has had its day and experiences on the innerholotropic breath icedepthcleaning, such astransformation.

Various body & mindfulness exercises prepare thebreath work-Travel ahead and guide you to your individual issue that you want to transform. For 60 minutes you dive into the space of yoursexpanded consciousnessconnect with your inner healer and allow your body, emotional body and chakras to cleanse and harmonize.

Yourslife energywill thereby againflow more freelyand your original being can fully unfold again. You will knowjoy, clarityandfullness, silenceandPower.

This setting differs from an original one in terms of its durationHolotropic breath journeyand through the combined technique ofShamanic Energy Medicine.

You don't need any prior knowledge. Thisbreath worktakes place in small groups in Zurich.

You can attend individual sessions or take part in the entire chakra series in a fixed group.
