Shamanic Breathwork - Crown Chakra

Connection to the subtle being

I offer you a unique combination of breathwork and shamanic energy medicine. 

In a kind of active meditation, with the help of the breath and supporting music, we travel into a consciousness-expanded substance-free healing space in which our whole being can expand, cleanse and transform.

During such a session you will experience energizing and opening and you can connect with an individual topic that is anchored in your crown chakra. You have the opportunity   to let go of what has become obsolete and to experience deep purification and transformation.

Various body & mindfulness exercises from yoga, pranayama, massage, dance and tantra prepare the breathwork journey and lead you to your individual topic that you want to transform. For 60 minutes you then immerse yourself in the space of your expanded consciousness, connect with your inner healer and allow your body, the emotional body and the chakras to cleanse and harmonize.

Your life energy will flow more freely and your original being can fully unfold again. You will experience joy, clarity, abundance, stillness and strength.

You don't need any prior knowledge. This breathwork takes place in small groups in Zurich.

You can attend individual sessions or take part in the entire chakra series.
