We invite you to immerse yourself in the joy of cleansing and energizing yourself.

By moving and breathing, we create space for what wants to be seen and moved within you and use yoga and breathwork to release blockages that no longer serve you, to let them go and to recharge you with new energy in order to strengthen your resources! Inner freedom and vitality take their place. You are welcome, with everything that moves you inside and out.

Breathwork & Yoga with Christina

Breathwork, as I offer it, is a transformative method that invites you to strengthen your resources, cleanse your system and raise your energy level.

During a session, you connect with your breath for around 45 minutes, which takes you on an inner transformational journey. Music accompanies you and supports your experience. You practice being completely present with your body and your feelings, and expand and increase your consciousness.

Before the breath wave, all important information is provided and a yoga session prepares you for the journey, after which there is time for integration and sharing.

Language German, English possible on request.
