We invite you to immerse yourself in the joy of cleansing and energizing yourself. A gentle preparation for the winter, so that you can say goodbye to old burdens, relax and warm up inside so that the magic of winter can work through you.

Dancing and breathing, we create space for what wants to be seen and moved in you and use these tools to dissolve blockages that no longer serve you, to let them go and to recharge your batteries to strengthen your resources! Inner freedom and vitality take their place. You are very welcome, with everything that moves you inside and outside.
