Breathwork ONLINE Meditation

Personally, I view breathwork, which delves into deeper, often unconscious layers and is offered online, as highly questionable. Inner, process-based work that touches on layers of trauma should always be particularly well supported from a professional perspective. The right setting and the facilitator's own competence play a very important role here. Breathwork is a method that can achieve results very quickly, but successful integration is just as crucial. Whenever a person carries layers of attachment trauma within themselves (and unfortunately, almost all of us still do), it may seem easier to heal without direct contact (i.e., online), but unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. Healing here occurs primarily through positive new experiences and through sufficient security in the nervous system while the connection/relationship develops.
