A simple yet powerful breathing technique, as well as accompanying music, lead you into a safe, mind-expanding state and help you to release blocked energies and to connect with your life energy and joy to experience more depth and contact with yourself and others.

Breathwork connects you to your innermost core, your heart and your own wisdom. This is how serenity, energy, joy, freedom and vitality unfold in you and your life.

The breathwork session lasts about an hour.

A sharing completes the experience.

Ecstatic danceWithSimone

ECSTATIC DANCE is a worldwide movement that cultivates an open and conscious dance culture. Here we dance, celebrate and just meet as we are, without drugs and alcohol. Our inspiration is our own body, rhythm and music. You are invited to dance to your heart's content, alone or with others, as you please. DJane Seamoon from Ecstatic Dance St.Gallen will invite you to fly high and dive deep with earthy beats and spherical sounds from all over the world.

Bring with you 

Please bring your own pad (e.g. yoga mat) a light blanket and comfortable clothing.  

Optional: pillow ​, blindfold

Effect / contraindication 

This workshop is not suitable for people with ​cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, epilepsy, severe diabetes, severe asthma, psychoses or other severe mental illnesses, glaucoma, aneurysms, pregnancy, as well as for children and young people. We do not recommend the workshop if you have had a recent physical injury, illness or surgery and if you are taking prescription medication. The consumption of substances is prohibited.
